Knockout Bodies classes are taught by a team of passionate & well qualified instructors. We all love fitness & believe that it should be fun to work out! We keep classes small, so you will get plenty of individual attention and get to know your instructors & classmates well!
Jen started Knockout Bodies in 2010 when she decided to ditch the corporate world & join the fitness industry full-time. She and her husband operate Knockout Bodies & The Cellar Gym. Jen has been kickboxing for over 6 years and has been a fitness enthusiast her entire life. She started Knockout Bodies to provide a place for women to work-out, have fun, be happy & healthy!
Misty has been a fitness instructor for over 15 year & has dedicated her life to health, healing, & fitness. She is a NETA certified group fitness instructor, certified Spinning instructor, and certified clinical Pilates instructor. Misty is a performing arts physical therapist, with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology, a master’s in physiotherapy, & a doctorate in hand & upper extremity therapy, and has comprehensive mat & equipment Pilates certification. Misty offers teacher training through Performance Art Athletics. She is the ’09 North Star “Miss Fitness” winner, & currently performs with the group “Cirque du Pôle”.
Myss Angie has been teaching, training, and performing pole dance and fitness since 2010, she has recently studied to become a pole sport judge and has organized various shows and pole events in the Twin Cities.
She has a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Minnesota. She also works to incorporate your whole body and mind in her teachings as she asks you to have self awareness and mindfulness during movement. Myss Angie’s favorite things in class include twerking and having fun!

Katy found Pole Fitness in 2010 and fell in love instantly. Shortly after, she became a certified Pole Fitness instructor and started to teach Pole Dance and Tricks classes. She is now a Bendability Fitness coach and works with Amy Guion, traveling to Pole Conventions teaching Bendability Workshops! Katy loves sharing her obsession and helping people meet their goals!
With 15 years of gymnastics training and 10 years of coaching experience, Erika spends half of her life upside-down and loves teaching others how to do it too! In college, she was able to transfer her love of gymnastics into a passion for dance. At the University of St. Thomas, Erika choreographed everything from contemporary to krump. In 2012, she was introduced to pole and chair dance and has been hooked ever since! As a local artist and performer, Erika loves to sing, dance, travel, and even perform air guitar.
