Have you been looking for techniques to increase the flexibility in your back? Spend your Sunday afternoons in March with guest instructor Laura Emiola, working through a variety of methods to increase the range of motion, strength and overall flexibility in your back and supporting muscle groups. Discover progressive techniques that will help you unlock those tough spots and meet your goals. In this workshop you’ll move individually, with partners, using your own body weight, and using the aid of equipment. You’ll leave with a library of skills you can routinely use in your conditioning and warm-ups!
