F.L.Y. (First Love Yourself) 4 Week Wellness Series for Polers and Aerialists

As polers and aerialists, we tend focus on physical training to achieve the next level in strength, agility, flexibility, and skill. We also tend to neglect all the other aspects that make us healthy individuals. In February, a different instructor will present on a different wellness topic that contributes to our overall well-being as an aerialist, as an athlete, and as a person. Whether you are interested in learning about nutrition for optimal performance, recovery for safe training, self care and massage for muscle tension, or relaxation and meditation practices for mental and physical health, we got you covered. This four week session is co-ed and will consist of four 90 minute workshops covering a different wellness topic each week.

Week 1 – Training Recovery with Physical Therapist and Dancer Dr. Elisabeth Gress
Week 2 – Relaxation and Meditation with Yoga and Aerial Instructor Betty Ann
Week 3 – Nutrition for the Aerialist with Nutrition Counselor Myss Angie
Week 4 – Self Care and Massage with Certified Massage Therapist Charisma Blue
