Schedule for Beginners

This schedule is for New or Beginner Level Students.  It includes fitness classes and our Beginner Level Classes.  These are our recommended classes for new students and Beginner students. When you are at an Advanced beginner level, see our class schedule for other class options including our All Levels classes and Dance classes.  This does not include our Intro series for pole, aerial sling, or lyra.  Please see our series schedule.
